We are looking for a dynamic, organized individual with an interest in developing expertise in **personnel recruitment and selection**, while also supporting administrative tasks within the department. **Responsibilities:** * Posting and monitoring job openings on job boards and social media. * Sourcing and attracting candidates for various positions. * Resume screening and conducting initial interviews. * Candidate follow-up throughout the selection process. * **Attendance and participation in job fairs and recruitment events.** * **Collection and validation of documents for personnel file compilation.** * **Updating and maintaining employee personnel files.** * **Supporting administrative tasks within the Human Resources department.** * Updating and monitoring candidate databases. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Recruitment experience, preferably **mass or field recruitment (EDUCATION SECTOR)**. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with candidates. * Organizational skills and ability to track processes. * **Flexible availability regarding working hours.** * **Willingness to travel.** **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary: $13,000\.** * Opportunity for professional development in the Human Resources area. * Excellent work environment. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Saturday.** * On-site work mode.
