We currently have an opening for: **SENIOR PAYROLL ANALYST** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** To guarantee the accurate preparation, control, and timely payment of national payroll, ensuring compliance with current labor, tax, and social security regulations, as well as internal organizational policies. To contribute to operational efficiency and employee satisfaction through reliable, accurate, and standardized payroll management processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Validation and timely disbursement of national payroll * Collection of attendance incidents at both unit and corporate levels * Requesting and validating food voucher payments * Tracking and reporting of employee absences due to incapacity; organizing and coordinating onboarding for new hires * Printing and timely delivery of payroll receipts to units * Calculation of Christmas bonuses (Aguinaldo), Profit Sharing (PTU), and special payroll runs * Administration of the employee database and maintenance of up-to-date employee information * Calculation of severance pay (Finiquitos) and indemnifications * Knowledge and application of the Social Security Law (Ley del Seguro Social), INFONAVIT, ISN, ISR, and state and federal taxes related to salaries and wages; generation of payroll reports and statistics * Calculation of Daily Wage, Integrated Daily Wage, Employer-Employee Contribution Rates, ISR on salaries, Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), and all other payroll- or compensation-related duties, inclusive but not limited to those listed above By joining us, you will receive: NET MONTHLY SALARY: **$18,000** Additionally, we offer: STATUTORY BENEFITS SAVINGS FUND FREE CAFETERIA SERVICE (BREAKFAST AND LUNCH) INTERNAL CAREER GROWTH **WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** Work Location: Barranca del Muerto Interested?
