




Position Summary: Ensure administrative, tax, and documentary management for construction projects, with a focus on regulatory compliance and cost control to mitigate legal and tax risks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure regulatory compliance in construction project management. 2. Control construction costs and contracts for specialized services. 3. Mitigate legal and tax risks in projects. **Position Objective:** Ensure administrative, tax, and documentary management related to the execution of construction projects, focusing on compliance with obligations before authorities such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other regulatory bodies. The primary function is to ensure proper control of construction costs, contracts for specialized services, and regulatory compliance by suppliers, thereby contributing to financial transparency and mitigation of legal and tax risks in projects, while adhering to the company’s internal quality system. Additionally, prepare financial analyses for IMSS (Mexican Institute of Social Security), conduct document reviews, and monitor tax obligations, ensuring correct file compilation and validation of information related to construction execution and specialized subcontracting (REPSE, IMSS, SIROC, SUA ICSOE, and SISUB). **Responsibilities:** * Manage employee registrations, cancellations, and salary adjustments in IDSE. * Determine and validate correct payment of employer-employee social security contributions (SUA). * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of contracts related to construction projects. * Document management and monitoring of contract validity periods. * Preparation and analysis of construction and specialized service cost estimates. * Respond to requests, clarifications, and internal and external IMSS audits. * Preparation of reports and analysis of social security burdens. * Monitoring and validation of obligations before IMSS, INFONAVIT, SIROC, ICSOE, and related platforms. * Review and oversight of REPSE compliance for specialized service providers. * Management and control of occupational risk. * Budgetary tracking and analysis of construction cost variances. * Contracts with suppliers (subcontractors). * And other duties inherent to the position. **Technical Knowledge:** * Comprehensive knowledge of the Social Security Law and its regulations. * Interpretation and application of normative criteria issued by the Mexican Institute of Social Security. * Proficiency in the Federal Tax Code as applicable to social security contributions. * Continuous updating regarding labor and tax reforms affecting wage integration. * In-depth knowledge of recent reforms, including those related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, SIROC, SUA, REPSE, ISN, ICSOE, and SISUB. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. * Specialization or diploma in Social Security is desirable. * Minimum of 5 verifiable years of experience in this position. **Work Schedule:** * Mon-Fri: 8:00–17:00 hrs. * Sat: 8:00–12:00 hrs. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary + opportunity for growth within the project. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability.
