Account Executive \| B2B**Location:** Mexico City, Mexico (On\-site)**goFLUENT** is hiring a **results\-driven Account Executive** with a strong **hunter mindset** and passion for **outbound B2B sales**. You’ll be a key contributor to top\-of\-funnel growth, identifying decision\-makers and generating high\-quality sales opportunities across the **Mexican market**. Based in our **Mexico City office**, you’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative, and international environment, backed by a global organization with over **25 years of experience** in corporate language learning. Key Responsibilities* Act as the **first point of contact** for prospective B2B clients. * Generate leads through **cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach**, and other outbound channels. * Identify decision\-makers and uncover business challenges and needs. * Build and nurture relationships with qualified leads to book **sales meetings**. * Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects in **Salesforce**. * Collaborate with the Sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve performance. What We’re Looking For* **2\+ years of experience** in B2B outbound sales, telesales, or similar roles. * Strong confidence with **cold calling and high\-volume outreach**. * Excellent communication and persuasion skills. * **Resilient, goal\-oriented, and self\-motivated**. * Interest in modern sales methodologies and tools. * Comfortable using **CRM systems** (Salesforce is a plus). * Strategic mindset with the ability to personalize outreach. * **Professional fluency in English** (written and spoken). * Spanish fluency required.
