Vendor payment management and payroll disbursement **Treasury Analyst (Temporary Maternity Leave Coverage)** ------------------------------------------------------------------ ### **Job Description** Sesajal is looking for a **Treasury Analyst** to cover a temporary position due to maternity leave. The candidate will be responsible for executing daily treasury operations, ensuring cash flow control, financial obligation compliance, and accurate execution of departmental processes in accordance with internal policies. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Extract and monitor actual balances from own and subsidiary bank accounts. * Update the treasury position on a daily basis. * Prepare and issue checks, ensuring proper documentation. * Track and reconcile outstanding checks. * Execute vendor payments via banking portals. * Carry out payroll disbursement. * Manage fuel disbursement through the Edenred platform. * Request and administer corporate cards. * Ensure compliance with departmental processes, controls, and policies. * Maintain documentary support for financial operations. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (degree completion preferred). * Experience in bank reconciliations and check control. * Proficiency with banking portals and payment platforms. * Preparation and upload of banking layout files. * Cash flow management experience. * Knowledge of accounts payable (AP). * ERP proficiency desirable (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Financial document control and management. ### **We Offer** * Temporary contract (maternity leave coverage) Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Work location: Near Galerías del Calzado, Avenida México, Guadalajara
