Job Summary: Design, coordinate, and execute training plans; manage training programs; and ensure regulatory compliance for talent development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and coordinates training plans for personnel development. 2. Ensures regulatory and legal compliance in training programs. 3. Promotes a culture of continuous learning and talent improvement. **CORE FUNCTIONS** **Activities:** * Design, coordinate, and execute the annual training plan aligned with organizational objectives across two or more plants. * Manage training programs: + Technical + Operational + Regulatory + Soft skills and leadership * Administer and maintain an up-to-date employee training database in collaboration with plant supervisors under supervision. * Ensure proper development, updating, and control of ILUOs and competency matrices. * Coordinate external providers, instructors, and specialized certifications. * Evaluate training program effectiveness using KPIs and feedback. * Identify training needs jointly with area leaders. * Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements (ISO / IATF). * Prepare progress, compliance, and training outcome reports. * Promote a culture of continuous learning and talent development. * Support organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage e\-learning platforms or similar systems. * Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees. **QUALIFICATIONS \& REQUIREMENTS** **Education and Experience** * High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred. * Two or more years of experience in this role or related field. * English B2 level preferred. **Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge** * Project management ability and cost awareness. * Capacity to evaluate training outcomes. * Communication and leadership skills. * Organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF standards. **Travel.** **Preferred** **COMPETENCIES** * Work and risk awareness. * Productivity. * Quality. * Safety. * Punctuality and attendance.
