Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to deliver orientation programs and basic training, develop training plans, coordinate logistics, support internal systems, and assist with audits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership in staff training and development. 2. Logistical coordination and internal systems support. 3. Development of training plans and documentation. REQUIRED SKILLS * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration * Leadership * English * Proficiency in Microsoft Office GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Deliver Orientation Program + Basic Training. * Prepare DC-3 Form. * Register in the electronic LAS system. * Develop training plans. * Coordinate logistics. * Support and monitor internal and legal systems. * Control and documentation for compliance with internal EOS systems. * Management of EOS documents, internal and external audits. * Logistical support for events. * Preparation of instructional materials.
