Position Summary: We are seeking an HR professional with comprehensive experience in leadership, organizational development, continuous improvement, and coaching for work teams. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of recruitment, training, and workplace climate **Work Modality:** 100% Remote **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. At PSICOSMART, we seek a candidate with solid experience in **comprehensive Human Resources**, with a focus on **leadership, organizational development, continuous improvement, and coaching for work teams**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination of recruitment and selection processes * Design and improvement of onboarding and integration processes * Coordination of leader training and development * Workplace climate management and performance evaluations * Personnel administration, incident handling, payroll, and pre-payroll processing * Payroll and severance package preparation and supervision * Implementation of organizational culture and continuous improvement initiatives * Monitoring of HR metrics * Coaching for leaders and employees on personnel management topics **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field * **Minimum 5 years’ experience coordinating comprehensive Human Resources** * Demonstrable experience in: * Organizational Development * Training * Workplace Climate * Personnel Administration * Payroll and severance package preparation **Desirable:** * Experience in technology or service companies * Experience working under remote or hybrid arrangements **Key Knowledge Areas:** * Recruitment and Selection * DNC and Training * Performance Evaluations * NOM-035 and NOM-037 * Federal Labor Law * HR Metrics * Payroll and Incident Handling * Intermediate/Advanced Excel **Core Competencies:** * Leadership * Assertive Communication * Organization and Follow-up * Proactivity * Conflict Management * Emotional Intelligence * Results Orientation **We Offer:** * Remote work modality * Statutory benefits * Productivity bonus * Salary to be determined based on experience, professional level, and economic expectations **Important:** Preference will be given to candidates residing in Guadalajara, Jalisco, or those available to attend in person for contract signing.
