




Job Summary: Supports the comprehensive management of the training plan, from tracking and material development to corporate induction and vendor coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Delivery of Corporate Induction and facility tours **Excellent presentation!** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Intermediate Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Training administration. * Email (Outlook). * Basic Federal Labor Law (LFT). * STPS training regulations (DC3\). * Intermediate SIRCE system (STPS). **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** * Commitment to work quality. * Knowledge management. * Orientation toward internal and external customers. * **Teamwork.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Support tracking of the Training Plan.** * Manage schedules for scheduled trainings. * Track training evidence per person. * Monitor onboarding. * Create PowerPoint presentations as required by internal trainers. * Develop training manuals for institutional courses \- workshops. * Support annual DNC survey implementation. * Maintain and establish contact with technical training organizations, institutes, universities, and platforms. * Request quotations, process payments to vendors, and manage invoicing for completed trainings. * Generate corresponding DC\-3 forms. * Deliver Corporate Induction and conduct facility tours, introducing staff. * Ensure correct completion of forms specified in procedures during and after training sessions. * Participate in internal audits. * Actively participate in departmental continuous improvement projects. **Benefits we offer:** * Direct employment with the company. * Vacation bonus: 25%. * Thirteenth-month bonus (15 days). * 100% IMSS coverage. * INFONAVIT contributions starting from date of hire. * 5% savings fund. * Profit-sharing. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Weekly payroll. * Savings box.
