Our mission is to support foodservice and retail businesses by providing access to high\-quality, authentic Mexican and American products at the best prices, making us the benchmark for international food distribution. **Food Engineer.** **Responsibilities:** Food Engineer for the labeling department, primarily responsible for translating product labels for export into English and German, ensuring compliance with required standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Food Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in data processing, and preferably experience in translation into other languages ​​and text and image editing. * Essential: Advanced Excel skills, SQL databases, and Power Query (assessment required). * Experience making labels for food products * Knowledge of FDA nutritional labeling and EU Regulation 1169/2011 (assessed during interview). * Advanced English (assessment required). * Desirable: Experience with labeling tools, preferably BarTender. * Desirable: Adobe Illustrator. * Desirable: German **Responsibilities:** * Systematically and automatically manage and populate databases in the required languages. * Standardize label information according to applicable regulations. **Translation or localization of texts into the required language.** * Ensuring, in conjunction with the legal team, that final labels comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. * Sourcing and editing of required images to meet established quality standards. **We offer:** * Monday to Friday schedule, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Fixed salary * All legally mandated benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * 30 days of Christmas bonus * Profit sharing * Vacation after 6 months Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado Sueldo: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Seguro de vida * Vales de despensa Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
