Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified ERP Systems Implementer to implement, customize, and maintain ERP systems, enhancing operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for ERP system implementation and customization. 2. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for system integration. 3. Providing technical support and post-implementation problem resolution. We are looking for a committed and highly qualified ERP Systems Implementer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ERP system implementation, customization, and maintenance, ensuring it meets business needs and improves operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Conduct business needs analysis and translate them into system requirements for ERP implementation. Configure and customize ERP software according to the company's specific needs. Design and execute end-user training plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless ERP integration with other existing systems. Perform system testing to ensure functionality and effectiveness prior to final implementation. Provide technical support and post-implementation problem resolution. Monitor system performance and propose continuous improvements. Document ERP-related processes, configurations, and procedures. Skills: Organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Customer orientation and communication skills. Gender: No preference Age: Between 25 and 40 years old Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Accounting. Experience in ERP system implementation (Microsip, Contpaq, Aspel, Odoo, etc.) Database knowledge. Analytical skills to solve problems and make informed decisions. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Salary: $15,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (preferred) Experience: * ERP system implementation: 1 year (mandatory) Willingness to travel: * 75% (mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
