Job Summary: Contribute to the efficient administration and operation of servers and storage by implementing and verifying performance to deliver agile platforms. Key Highlights: 1. JOB MISSION Contribute to the efficient administration and operation of both servers and storage, performing required configurations according to services, as well as implementing new servers and verifying equipment performance to provide agile platforms with reduced response times. ACTIVITIES Configure access and restrictions to Windows application servers. Install new servers to ensure proper functionality. Provide nationwide support for server platforms such as Windows and services (DNS, DHCP, AD, etc.) within the IT department. Resolve server or company PC operational failures by responding to and tracking tickets. Monitor servers using the current tool to prevent and avoid incidents. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Telecommunications, or Telematics. 1 year of experience in physical and virtual server administration. Basic knowledge of Email and Mobile Telephony. Knowledge of Linux and Windows.
