We seek a professional with experience as a Human Resources Manager to manage and lead the personnel team. You will collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their staffing needs. Your role will involve managing workplace conflicts, resolving issues, and promoting a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating personnel records, ensuring all human resources policies and procedures comply with labor laws and relevant regulations. Additionally, you must oversee the implementation of employee wellness and benefits programs. A strong understanding of human resources practices, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are required. An advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with significant experience in a similar role, is expected.
