Position Summary: We are seeking a Vehicle Sub-Manager responsible for vehicle unit assignment and monitoring, fuel management, and supplier-related procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages vehicle unit assignment and monitoring 2. Coordinates fuel supply and vehicle maintenance 3. Handles supplier-related procedures and self-help cases WE ARE SEEKING A VEHICLE SUB-MANAGER * Assignment to respective drivers * Vehicles within designated geofences * Opening and tracking self-help cases * Fuel allocation and distribution * Initiating supplier procedures, orders, and open cases * Vehicle assignment\- to track users of vehicles * Service orders\- to enable workshops to perform services * Opening self-help cases\- to track services performed * Initiating supplier payment processes\- to track payments to suppliers * Vehicle monitoring\- to follow up and prevent misuse or theft of vehicles * Knowledge of diesel mechanics * Driver's license * Ability to operate vehicles with minimum capacity of 5 tons * Fuel loading\- to ensure vehicles can fulfill deliveries or activities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
