Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee and administer the service, manage personnel, provide customer service, and ensure facility security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and facility security **SERVICE MANAGER** Work location: San Martín \- El Verde, Jal. **REQUIREMENTS:** * High school diploma or incomplete degree (minimum requirement: official high school certificate) * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience * Experience in service control and administration * Management of at least 10 personnel **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Service and personnel (10 individuals) control and administration * Maintenance of logs * Facility security * Customer service * Facility patrols * Control of personnel and vehicle access **WE OFFER:** * Monday to Friday, 12x12 shift from 7:00 to 19:00 hrs. * Gross monthly salary: $12,294\.96 \+ 5th shift overtime (double and triple rates) (includes punctuality bonuses, attendance bonuses, and grocery vouchers), weekly payment. * Overtime hours: 5th shift — 9 hrs; double rate — 3 hrs; triple rate * Statutory benefits, 100% social security contributions, and life insurance
