The incumbent will be responsible for the proper execution of operational procedures, customer service, and security personnel management across various assigned sites. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the proper performance of security personnel across different services. * Verify compliance with security directives and protocols. * Conduct daily supervision rounds, reports, and documentation. * Address incidents, absences, shift changes, or emergency situations occurring during services. * Incident management. * Maintain constant communication with the operations and human resources departments. * Review logs, uniforms, and documentation of supervised personnel. * Respond to client requests professionally and with a service-oriented attitude. * Support training and feedback for operational staff. **Requirements:** * **Minimum experience:** 2 years in operational supervision within the private security sector and 1 year in K9 handling (Mandatory). * **Education:** High school diploma, technical degree, or bachelor’s degree. * Proficiency in operating standard vehicles (valid driver’s license, Class B or C). **Knowledge in:** * Coordination of operational personnel. * Reporting and incident management. * Conflict resolution and customer service. * Report preparation and attendance tracking. * **Mandatory:** Proficiency in operating standard vehicles (valid driver’s license, Class B or C). * **Skills:** leadership, decision-making, assertive communication, responsibility, and commitment. * **Availability:** Willingness to work on-site and travel between various service locations, including occasional travel. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Transportation assistance and per diems (as applicable). * Work tools (pickup truck, laptop, mobile phone, uniform, etc.). * Job stability.
