A pharmaceutical company seeks your talent as a **Facilities Assistant** **Requirements:** * **Education**: Elementary school * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM, rotating shifts every 4 months * **Gender:** Unrestricted * **Work Location: El Salto Industrial Zone** **Experience of 3 months in:** **PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:** * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Good Documentation Practices (GDP) **Knowledge in:** * Manual dexterity * Knowledge of cleaning products * Logbook completion * Basic operations * Waste segregation **Required Competencies:** * Teamwork * Initiative * Creativity / Innovation * Planning and organization * Compliance with regulations * Effective communication **Job Responsibilities and Functions** * Replenish water coolers across various company areas. * Timely request required materials for daily activities within the different areas where cleaning services are provided. * Support laundry staff when required. * Complete daily logbooks according to the assigned area. * Empty and clean trash bins located in both internal and external areas, performing appropriate waste segregation. * Clean internal and external facilities, changing rooms, equipment, and furniture. * Adhere to the cleaning schedule for detailed cleaning tasks inside and outside the facilities. **We Offer:** * Salary: $9,500.00 MXN gross per month / Weekly payment * Schedules: Monday through Saturday (shifts rotate every 4 months) — NO FIXED SHIFTS * Morning shift: 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM * Evening shift: 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM * 7.5% monthly food vouchers * Direct hiring by the company * Statutory benefits from day one, plus additional benefits * 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * 26% vacation premium * Complimentary transportation service * 13 vacation days * 9 paid rest days * Bereavement assistance * Annual punctuality and attendance award Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,500.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Company parking * Flexible schedules * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
