Our Urbvan vertical is a shared mobility network with pre-established routes, powered by cutting-edge technology and delivered via our mobile app. We focus on providing a high-quality, comfortable, and safe service while contributing to reduced urban vehicular traffic. **Job Description** * Real-time handling of incidents affecting customer operations at their location. * Proposal of continuous improvements to previously established routes. * Management of alternative transportation services such as On-Site Special Service and route rescue. * Review of vehicle documentation compliance. * First contact with hosts to provide feedback on route adherence. * Proactive communication with on-site Managers regarding potential incidents. * Adherence to pre-established service KPIs. * Execution of contingency plans to ensure route fulfillment. * Submission of end-of-shift reports detailing routes covered and activities performed. * Vehicle verification (ensuring proper and timely functionality). * Breathalyzer administration. * Provision of personalized service to our customers. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Administration, Logistics, or Operations. * Basic/intermediate English proficiency. * Willingness to travel. * Customer service orientation, particularly for corporate clients. **Additional Information** We offer: * Monthly gross salary of MXN 16,000 (personal transportation is mandatory; gasoline allowance provided). * Statutory benefits and access to Mina — our telemedicine app enabling scheduled sessions with nutritionists, psychologists, or general physicians — effective from Day 1. * Life insurance added after successful completion of the 90-day probation period. * 15 vacation days upon completion of the first year. * On-site work. * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, split shift (mandatory residence near the work zone); coverage includes 2 morning hours, 3 afternoon hours, and 1 hour from 8:00 to 9:30\.
