**We are seeking a Plant Manager** **Your responsibilities:** * **Lead the overall plant operations**, aligning safety, production, quality, cost, and service objectives. * **Ensure adherence to the production plan**, across daily, weekly, and monthly timeframes. * **Guarantee site operational efficiency** by monitoring and improving key performance indicators (OEE, waste, productivity, and costs). * **Direct the Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSHE) strategy**, grounded in a preventive culture and regulatory compliance. * **Ensure quality and food safety standards**, as well as current regulatory requirements. * **Coordinate responses to audits**, critical deviations, operational incidents, and risk management. * **Develop supervisors and middle management teams**, promoting operational discipline and organizational culture. * **Analyze operational KPIs** and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions. * **Report results and risks to the Operations Director**, providing executive-level information to support timely decision-making. **Our offer:** * Salary: $25,000 MXN per month * Statutory benefits Salary: $25,000\.00 MXN per month Willingness to travel: * 50 % (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
