Employment Type: Full-time. 1. Production Planning * Production order definition: Creation and management of work orders to ensure correct quantities of products are manufactured. * Scheduling: Daily, weekly, and monthly production planning and scheduling to meet delivery deadlines. * Resource management: Ensuring materials, equipment, and personnel are available at the right time. 2. Inventory Management * Stock control: Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and supplies in the production warehouse. * Material replenishment: Ordering materials as needed to prevent production interruptions. * Inventory optimization: Minimizing excess inventory and avoiding material shortages. (in coordination with the purchasing department) 3. Personnel Supervision and Coordination * Task assignment: Distributing tasks and responsibilities among production staff. * Training: Ensuring staff are adequately trained to use Odoo. * Performance monitoring: Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback to administration and senior management. 4. Process Management and Improvement * Process optimization: Analyzing production processes and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Automation: Leveraging Odoo's automation capabilities to optimize production operations. * Problem resolution: Rapidly identifying and resolving production issues to minimize downtime. 6. Equipment Maintenance * Maintenance scheduling: Planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and machinery. 7. Reporting and Analysis * Report generation: Using Odoo to generate production reports. * Data analysis: Analyzing production data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. * Decision-making: Using collected information to make informed and strategic decisions. 8. Regulatory Compliance * Regulations: Ensuring production complies with all industry regulations and standards. * Documentation: Maintaining required documentation and ensuring its availability for audits. 9. Interdepartmental Collaboration * Communication: Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, warehouse, and administration, to align production operations with the company's overall objectives. * Coordination: Ensuring effective communication and coordination between production and other departments. Requirements: * Completed degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Prior experience in a similar role is desirable. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Proactive attitude. * ERP knowledge. We Offer: * Gross salary of $18,000 to $20,000 * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
