Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Serve and advise customers at the counter regarding products, features, and prices. * Prepare quotations and effectively close sales. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the system and on the sales floor. * Receive, inspect, and fulfill customer orders. * Process payments at the cash register and handle various payment methods (where applicable). * Keep the counter and display area clean and organized. * Assist with receiving and arranging merchandise. * Meet established sales targets. * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a service-oriented attitude. Position Profile: Experience: * 1–2 years of counter sales and customer service experience (not mandatory) Knowledge: * Basic sales and customer service techniques. * Cash handling and inventory management. * Basic computer or point-of-sale system operation.
