Your Profile:* Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Strong experience in clinical operations, resource planning, or portfolio management within CRO, pharma, or a related environment. * Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with confidence working with planning data and systems. * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and stakeholder needs. * Organised and detail\-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast\-paced setting.} * Advanced English proficiency * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel and PowerPoint \#LI\-DG1 What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
