Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Event Planner who is passionate about customer service to coordinate and execute high-impact events. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our team as: **Event Planner** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Commercial Relations, Interior Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field. · Proven prior experience in social event coordination and production (minimum 6 months) · Customer orientation, effective communication, and organizational skills are mandatory. · Valid driver’s license (Optional) · Residence near Tlaquepaque (Revolución neighborhood) · Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint · Availability to attend weekend events · Willingness to travel **SKILLS:** · Teamwork · Leadership · Verbal fluency · Professional appearance · Creativity · Basic knowledge of marketing and sales · Extroverted attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic environment · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Develop and coordinate a monthly calendar of events and activations. · Design attractive events to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. · Serve customers with exceptional service attitude, ensuring a positive experience on every visit. · Plan, produce, and execute high-impact events to strengthen our brand positioning. · Coordinate end-to-end event logistics: venues, vendors, guests, promotion, registration, etc. · Monitor and manage timelines. · Promote and sell brands. · Represent the brand at trade shows and exhibitions. · Establish partnerships or collaborations. · Supervise support staff during events. · Share daily updates via social media. · Foster business relationships to build customer loyalty toward the brand. · Support various departments with internal social events (e.g., holiday parties, birthdays, anniversaries). **WE OFFER:** · Base salary of $10,000 MXN per month (tax-free) · Statutory benefits · Grocery vouchers · Growth opportunities · Ongoing training · Uniforms · Employee discount on products and treatments · Company-issued phone and computer for work activities **Work Location:** Revolución neighborhood (Tlaquepaque).
