Job Summary: We are seeking an Extrusion Assistant to work on the production of flexible labels and packaging, performing production and maintenance activities. Key Highlights: 1. Equipment maintenance and area organization We are **GMV Converter**, a company with over 40 years in the market dedicated to the production of flexible labels and packaging; we are looking for you—join us as: ***Extrusion Assistant*** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed junior high school. * One year of experience in this position. * Easy access to the work zone "Col. La Tijera, Tlajomulco" (behind Walmart Palomar). * Availability to rotate shifts. **Responsibilities:** Extrude assigned production orders under established operating conditions. Identify defects present in each extruded roll using flags. Inspect quality attributes of the film in process. Perform pre-startup and in-operation checklists. Record production data for extruded orders. Channel generated waste for recovery and identify root causes in corresponding records. Assist the primary operator in disassembling and cleaning equipment. Identify and properly store produced rolls. Report any electrical or mechanical incidents to the Polyethylene Production Supervisor. Prepare additive blends as specified in assigned production orders. Return identified and sealed raw material balances to the Raw Materials Area Supervisor. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Comply with specified food safety and occupational safety requirements. Comply with SOPs and any activity ensuring food safety in your duties.
