Diagnosis and treatment of common childhood pathologies Job Description: At AXA Keralty, a strategic alliance between AXA Salud and Keralty Mexico, we strive to transform our patients’ healthcare experience through comprehensive, personalized, and high-quality medical care. **Job Objective** To deliver specialized medical care to the pediatric population, ensuring timely follow-up of growth and development (Well-Child Checkups) and resolving acute clinical conditions using evidence-based practices and compassionate care. **Key Responsibilities** * **Well-Child Checkups:** Comprehensive monitoring of growth, psychomotor development, nutrition, and adherence to the vaccination schedule. * **Management of Acute Pathologies:** Diagnosis and treatment of common childhood illnesses (respiratory, gastrointestinal, dermatological, etc.). * **Preventive Approach:** Education for parents and caregivers on healthy habits and accident prevention. * **Clinical Follow-up:** Accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and coordination with other specialties as needed. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Medical Doctor degree and license, plus Pediatrics specialty degree and license. * Availability: 12 hours per week, mornings or afternoons by agreement * PAY PER CONSULTATION $350 (average of 100 consultations/month) * **Certification:** Valid certification from the Mexican Council for Certification in Pediatrics (mandatory). * **Experience:** Prior experience in outpatient clinics and primary care is desirable. * **Soft Skills:** * Assertive and empathetic communication with children and parents. * Problem-solving and critical thinking. * Service orientation and teamwork. Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
