Job Summary: We are seeking a Shipping Assistant to coordinate shipping logistics, generate shipping labels, quote freight costs, and track deliveries for an equipment distributor. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and tracking of customer deliveries 2. Management of shipment information in CRM 3. Effective coordination with the sales team We are an industrial kitchen equipment and office furniture distributor, currently looking for **Shipping Assistants**. Our office is located in **Ciudad Granja, Zapopan, Jalisco**. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Monthly gross salary: $10,500 * Performance bonus: $1,500 * Training **Your Responsibilities:** * Create shipping labels and quote freight costs with courier companies * Track deliveries until confirmation that the customer has received their order * Record and manage information in **CRM** to keep the sales department informed * Coordinate with the sales team on the status of each shipment **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field * Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency * Organization, tracking ability, and effective communication * Experience in logistics or courier services is an advantage, but not mandatory!
