Development and updating of work instructions, procedures, and process flow diagrams. Conducting time and motion studies to optimize productivity. Production line balancing and improvement of workstation distribution. Monitoring productivity, efficiency, and process quality indicators. Implementation of continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction and resource optimization. Training of operational staff in standardized processes and work methods. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, line balancing, and continuous improvement. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Analytical ability, improvement orientation, and teamwork skills.
