Problem-solving and time management skills The company, dedicated to manufacturing tractor-trailer floor mats and carpets, is currently seeking a **Plastic Injection Process Technician**—don’t miss the opportunity to grow within a solid and stable organization. **Requirements:** Industrial engineering, technical degree in machinery and tools, plastic injection, or related field. **Job Objective** Responsible for adjusting, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines while optimizing parameters to ensure quality, production, and continuous improvement. **Experience:** * Minimum 5 verifiable years of experience in plastic injection industries. * Plastic injection molding machines * Knowledge of mold assembly/disassembly, parameter adjustment, resin handling, peripherals, blueprint interpretation, and use of measuring instruments. * Familiarity with PVC, hardness 50/90, and polypropylene resins * Knowledge of process sheets for startup adjustments **Responsibilities** * Plastic injection processes using cold runner, hot runner, and mixed runner molds * Operation and supervision of injection molding machines * Adjustment of injection parameters to reduce material waste * Production startup and validation * Ensuring quality and efficiency in plastic part production * Troubleshooting technical failures in machinery and peripheral equipment Skills Required for This Position * Problem solving * Time management * Effective communication * Teamwork * Working under pressure Values * Autonomy * Responsibility * Honesty We Offer: * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: $19,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking Work Location: On-site employment
