Identification of improvement opportunities and operational optimization **A leading Mexican tire company is currently seeking talent for the position of Internal Auditor** **Requirements** * Degree in Accounting, Administration, Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in internal or external auditing. * Solid knowledge of auditing methodologies, internal control, and risk management. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Willingness to travel as required by service needs. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. **Responsibilities** * Plan and execute internal audits across various operational and administrative areas. * Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. * Prepare clear and concise audit reports, presenting findings and recommendations to management. * Follow up on the implementation of agreed corrective actions. * Stay updated on best practices and regulatory requirements. ***We Offer:*** * Base salary: $17,000 to $18,000 * Statutory benefits: social security, year-end bonus, and vacation entitlement. * Savings fund and profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Travel allowances covering transportation, accommodation, and meals. * Grocery vouchers: $1,425 per month Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Internal audit: 1 year (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
