Job Summary: Process Coordinator responsible for documenting policies and procedures, developing manuals and templates to ensure optimal operations. Key Highlights: 1. Lead documentation and continuous improvement of key operational processes. 2. Implementation of processes and tracking of strategic projects. 3. Identification of improvement areas and adaptation to change. Corporativo Elizalde is seeking a Process Coordinator Objective: Document all policies and procedures comprising the company's value chain, developing necessary manuals and templates for optimal organizational operation and performance. Requirements: • Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields • Experience: 2 years • Willingness to travel . Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, diagramming tools (Visio, Bizagi), Six Sigma training Required Knowledge: Knowledge of process mapping software (Visio, Bizagi, etc.) Project management Exp• 100% Field Work erience in database management Knowledge and control of metrics and KPIs Process mapping and modeling (across various departments) Continuous improvement tools (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.) Office suite proficiency Responsibilities: • Develop and track a work plan for process mapping across different departments. • Perform process mapping according to schedule and delivery priorities. • Implement processes after mapping and approval by the respective department. • Present monthly progress reports on the work plan. • Track projects requested by Management. • Identify improvement opportunities • Staff resistance • Adaptation to change • Achievement of objectives We Offer: • Weekly salary • Commissions of 5% on financed amount (2.5% at time of sale and 2.5% upon financing completion) • Statutory benefits • Corporate vehicle . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 35 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
