Logistics Sales Executive Leading company in international transportation and logistics Location: Near Adolf Horn and Periférico, Guadalajara, Jalisco A leading company in international transportation and logistics is seeking talent to join its commercial department. We are looking for a commercially oriented individual with negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset, capable of building solid business relationships and efficiently following up with clients and processes related to logistics and transportation services. We offer * Base salary of $24,400 per month * Performance- and sales-based bonus * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development * Excellent working environment Working hours * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Logistics, Commerce, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles * Experience in logistics, transportation, or services is desirable * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills * Focus on achieving objectives and KPIs * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite * Excellent follow-up and organizational skills * Ability to generate and strengthen business relationships Key responsibilities * Client prospecting and follow-up * Commercial client service and follow-up * Preparation and follow-up of quotations * Follow-up on services and client requirements * Coordination with operational departments to track processes * Development of client portfolio and commercial opportunities * Achievement of commercial targets and KPIs * Updating information and tracking progress in internal systems * Post-sales follow-up and personalized service Ideal profile We seek a proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual with the ability to build long-term business relationships and ensure timely follow-up on every process, delivering efficient and professional service to clients in the logistics and transportation industry.
