Position Summary:
Professional responsible for supervising compliance with the Federal Labor Law, directing disciplinary processes, and coordinating relationships with labor authorities and unions.

**POSITION MISSION:**
* Supervise and validate proper application of the Federal Labor Law, collective bargaining agreements, and internal regulations across all business units.
* Direct disciplinary processes, sanctions, suspensions, and terminations in accordance with law and internal policy.
* Coordinate institutional relations with labor authorities, STPS inspections, conciliations, and litigation.
* Execute disciplinary actions with legal grounding and without contingencies.
* Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all workplaces.
* Handle processes promptly and achieve favorable resolutions.
* Manage and strengthen relationships with unions, delegates, and joint committees.
* Support contractual and salary reviews jointly with General Management and Finance.
* Monitor lawsuits, settlements, and proceedings before labor courts.
* Coordinate internal investigations in cases of harassment, discrimination, or labor violations.
**POSITION PROFILE:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration, or related field.
* Age 33–45.
* 5 to 8 years of verifiable experience in labor relations, union management, STPS inspections, and labor litigation.
* Experience in logistics, transportation, or manufacturing sectors with multi-unit operations.
* Proven leadership in contractual review processes and collective bargaining.
* Experience in designing and implementing corporate labor policies and disciplinary processes.
