Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for general house maintenance, including cleaning of exterior and interior areas, waterproofing, and minor repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration with other coworkers The work is for a house located between San Juan Cosalá and Chantepec **Responsibilities:** * Cleaning of terraces, façades, stone floors, large windows, and domes * Weekly garbage removal * Roof cleaning * Waterproofing, patching, and painting * Pest control against crawling insects * Assistance to domestic staff when required, primarily loading or unloading heavy furniture * Electrical system maintenance (replacing light bulbs or electrical fixtures, modifications for new electrical outlets) * Plumbing and sanitation system maintenance (cleaning faucets and drains, repairing leaks) * Tasks are distributed throughout the week or biweekly, with support from other collaborators.\* **SALARY:** $9,582 MXN per month, inclusive of all statutory benefits; payments are made weekly. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one day off per week.
