Provide managerial oversight to a team of Facilities Coordinators and Receptionists across an office portfolio. Manage contractors and vendors at the client's location to deliver necessary services to maintain facilities and meet client expectations. Support the Account Manager in developing operational and capital budgets for assigned properties. * **Work location**: Zapopan, Jalisco * **Work schedule**: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM * **Gross Monthly Salary**: $80,000 - 82,000 * **Work mode**: On-site **What does your day-to-day look like?** * Work with the Account Manager to oversee the delivery of maintenance and repair services. * Ensure client satisfaction with Facilities Management service delivery and provide a leadership role in monitoring and increasing client satisfaction. * Support the Account Manager in implementing short- and long-term projects for the client. * Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan. * Achieve key performance indicators identified by the Account Manager. * Oversee appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to the client. * Ensure compliance with JLL's minimum audit standards. * Develop timely monthly/quarterly variance reports on all operational budgets for each property. * Coordinate discussions with selected vendors or suppliers regarding goal setting, performance criteria, and performance reviews. • * Manage maintenance of existing contracts. • Obtain local goods and services required for daily operations through third-party vendors. * Collaborate with the account Sourcing team on national and regional sourcing opportunities to define scope, coordinate vendor site visits, and manage national and regional vendor performance at the property level. **Desired Experience and Technical Skills** * Conversational English * At least 5 years of experience in multi-site administration * Knowledge of Utilities, Facilities, and Projects + People management in Facilities and Maintenance + Third-party management (cleaning, cafeteria, pest control, landscaping, gym, etc...) + Preparation and management of annual budget + Skill in identifying cost savings and reducing operational expenses + Business Case preparation If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply.
