Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to perform accounting entries, reviews, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations for an automotive parts company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in the preparation of monthly reports and declarations 2. Perform monthly accounting entries and bank reconciliations 3. Apply technical accounting knowledge and accounting standards **BAW — a leading manufacturer and distributor of** ***Automotive Parts***, **with branches in Guadalajara (Parque González Gallo), CDMX, TIJ, and MTY — due to continuous growth, we are currently seeking:** **\- Accounting Assistant** Responsibilities: * Accounting entries in journal vouchers (revenues, expenses, general journal) * Review of accounting accounts * Collaboration in the preparation of monthly reports and declarations * Monthly bank account reconciliations * Use of COMPAQi We Offer: * Weekly salary payment * Gross monthly salary: $12,500 * Gross productivity bonus: $1,000 * Weekly food vouchers: $220 * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM \- 6:30 PM) * Weekend rest (Saturday and Sunday) Requirements: * Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Mandatory) * Proficiency in CONTPAQi\- Accounting * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Willingness to learn * Technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with accounting standards * Experience with XML software, invoicing, and SAT systems * Adaptability, communication skills, and positive attitude * Knowledge of reconciliations **\*Please attach an updated resume with photograph** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,500\.00 \- $13,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * General accounting: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
