Working at H\&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities: **Customer Sales and Profitability** * Contribute to the omnichannel experience in your store by ensuring visual and commercial presentation aligns with global guidelines * Represent yourself and the H\&M brand positively during customer interactions * Organize and plan your workload according to the store activation plan and adapt based on business needs in collaboration with your management and area visual manager * Launch and maintain up-to-date global campaigns and sales activities in line with H\&M brand standards * Ensure proper garment care, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and provide feedback to your managers on product allocation * Monitor sales reports (KPIs) and identify and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities together with the management team * Follow all procedures and best practices **Fashion and Trends** * Stay updated on the fashion world, including trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, relevant influencers, etc. * Plan time to study fashion and trends to understand trend theory and moodboards for styling techniques and product presentation **Team and Development** * Share, inspire, and educate your store teams, keeping them informed about seasonal changes, trends, fashion, and relevant visual and commercial information * Train and develop your store team’s visual and commercial skills to ensure proper product and commercial presentation * Support and develop daily routines and best practices for your in-store team * Develop and train talent and onboard new colleagues * Organize, provide, and conduct updates on visual and commercial knowledge * Complete all training related to visual and commercial competencies based on market learning and development goals **Visual and Commercial Execution** * Execute the visual and commercial decoration and styling of the store based on the commercial calendar * Carry out sample selection routines, including quantities of garments, accessories, and footwear, to ensure clear trends and storytelling aligned with inspiration * Ensure correct window display presentation and styling according to visual and commercial guidelines * Facilitate good customer flow by maintaining store layout and fixtures * Ensure all lighting functions properly * Maintain and care for all display pieces and interior equipment * In collaboration with the Area Visual Manager, ensure the in-store journey experience is maintained and updated according to the latest guidelines and store design **Additional Information** **Ready to apply?** Click the I'M INTERESTED link, where you can securely upload your CV.
