Requirements: Current residence located within one hour of the airport Availability to work Minimum 6 years of experience working as a cook Experience in restaurant operations Experience handling kitchen utensils Knowledge of hygiene, organization, and product rotation Temperature control knowledge Knowledge of cooking terms Availability for rotating shifts The following responsibilities are expected: Ensure customer satisfaction with every dish Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal regulatory standards Ensure proper use, maintenance, and control of the restaurant’s fixed assets ROTATING SHIFT: 5 AM–1 PM, 1 PM–9 PM, and 9 PM–5 AM — rotated weekly.
