Position Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Assistant with a solid foundation in mechanics and electronics for the installation, maintenance, and diagnosis of HVAC systems, committed to excellence. JLL, a global leader in commercial real estate services and investments—providing consulting, leasing, maintenance, valuation, financing, and investment solutions to various companies nationwide—is seeking: HVAC Assistant (HVAC) Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, El Salto Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Availability to rotate among the following shifts Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 2 PM Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday, 2 PM to 10 PM Monday to Saturday, 10 PM to 6 AM Responsibilities: • Possess a solid foundation in mechanics and electronics, with demonstrable experience in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems. • Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings, and work accurately and efficiently in on-site environments. • Proactive attitude and commitment to excellence in work are required. • Responsible for diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of HVAC systems.
