If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- *To support our extraordinary teams creating excellent products and contributing to our growth, we are seeking to hire an* ***Operations Supervisor*** *in Guadalajara,* ***North Campus****.* *Reporting to the Process Engineer, the Operations Supervisor will support the efficiency and supervision of manufacturing processes, analyzing optimizations, supporting continuous improvement and time-and-motion studies, among other responsibilities.* **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the design, analysis, and optimization of production processes. * Develop and update technical documentation: process sheets, work instructions, flowcharts. * Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing costs, cycle times, and waste. * Collaborate in the implementation of production control systems and performance metrics. * Support plant layout distribution and production line balancing. * Conduct time-and-motion studies to ensure operational efficiency. * Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Production departments to resolve technical issues. * Contribute to internal and external audits related to industrial processes. **Required Qualifications:** * Industrial Engineering or related field. * Experience in supervising manufacturing processes, industrial processes, and/or continuous improvement. * Knowledge in critical repairs (mandatory). * Personnel management experience. * Technical knowledge: Time-and-motion methods, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (basic level), Data analysis tools (Excel), Basic ERP and manufacturing systems knowledge. * Competencies: Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, Teamwork and effective communication, Proactivity and results orientation. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Medical insurance * Christmas bonus * Meal vouchers * Savings fund * Life insurance GM13 **Job Category** ---------------- Operations Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
