Mexico** Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world As an **Operations Intern**, you will play a key role in developing an integrated project within the Manufacturing area at the San Luis Potosí plant as part of the 3M ESCalada Project. Your impact in this role: * You will be responsible for executing an improvement project applied to one of the site’s core manufacturing processes. * You will collaborate in generating ideas or proposals to solve identified problems. * You will learn how to develop process-related documentation, such as work instructions, procedures, and visual aids. * You will learn process mapping, identifying critical characteristics at each step. * You will apply Lean Manufacturing tools to improve production processes.
