At **Emergent Cold LatAm**, we are looking for an **Operations Coordinator** responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to product storage and distribution. The primary objective is to ensure daily operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with the company's established quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** · Review the daily operations schedule to assign tasks according to job position and customer demand or requirements. · Ensure operational records are completed timely and accurately in the system. · Establish the client product placement plan within the warehouse according to specification or type of species to be stored, thereby supporting improved operational flow. · Ensure compliance with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), execution and recording of POEs. · Meet KPIs (Accellos\-Korber System, Safety, Quality, Turnover, etc.). **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within warehousing or logistics, personnel management, or inventory control. Cold chain warehouse experience preferred. · Knowledge of warehouse management systems, logistics, inventory management, safety regulations, storage regulations, and 5\'S. · Availability to work rotating shifts (morning and afternoon). **We Offer:** · Monthly salary of 22k. · Statutory benefits. · Grocery vouchers. · Biweekly payroll. · Employee transportation (Juanacatlán\-El Salto\-Flexpark). · Savings fund: 6\.5%.
