Asia Robótica is seeking an **OPERATIONAL PROCESSES AND ANALYSIS INTERN** We are a Mexican company specializing in the assembly and distribution of CNC equipment. With 20 years of experience and over 150 employees, we deliver the best automation solutions. **Education:** Students pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. **We seek students** with interest in data analysis and continuous improvement, possessing basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; analytical, organized, proactive individuals who work well in teams and enjoy problem-solving and process optimization. **100% participation** in identifying and documenting operational processes, flowcharts and procedures, designing operational forms and controls, database administration and cleansing, tracking operational metrics and KPIs, generating basic reports and dashboards, monitoring production orders, shortages and incidents, conducting operational audits and identifying findings, executing continuous improvement projects, and validating and implementing new processes. **We offer:** * Financial support (internship stipend). * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your academic schedule. * Internship completion certification and/or community service validation. * Real-world experience in the field. * 100% training for performing assigned tasks. * Participation in internal projects. **Work location:** Warehouse 2, Españoles 91, La Duraznera, 45580 Guadalajara, Jal.
