As part of our company's growth, we are currently seeking a **IT Support** position. **Education:** Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics (Technologist, incomplete degree, or intern). **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in the role. **Job Objective:** Provide first-contact technical support to organizational users, ensuring proper receipt, registration, classification, resolution, and escalation of incidents and requests in accordance with ITIL best practices, thereby guaranteeing IT service continuity and user satisfaction. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Odoo proficiency is mandatory. * Office 365\. * Active Directory. * SQL. * Service Desk tools. * Basic TCP/IP, WiFi, and VPN networking; basic network device configuration. * Windows operating systems (desktop OS support). **Responsibilities:** * Internal customer service. * Resolve and document all incidents using the "HELP DESK" tool. * Preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment. * Manage procurement or contracting of support services. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary: $15,500\.00 MXN (pre-tax). * 5% food vouchers. * 2% savings fund contribution. * Statutory benefits. * 100% social security coverage. * Payroll loans. * Funeral assistance. * Product discounts. **Location:** C.
