Job Summary: This position ensures the operational continuity of the technological infrastructure through support, maintenance, and administration of systems, equipment, and platforms. Key Points: 1. Administration and support of Olexo Foods México’s technological infrastructure. 2. Maintenance and administration of systems and equipment. 3. Ensure technological availability, security, and efficiency. **Job Mission** Guarantee the operational continuity of Olexo Foods México’s technological infrastructure through support, maintenance, and administration of systems, equipment, and digital platforms, ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of technological resources. **General Responsibilities** * Administer and provide support for the company server. * Maintain the surveillance camera system (CCTV) operating properly. * Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, and configurations. * Provide technical support to users for hardware and software. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Ensure information security and backups. **Technical Knowledge** * Basic server administration (Windows Server preferred) * Networking (TCP/IP, structured cabling, routers, switches) * Microsoft 365 (administration) * CCTV systems (installation and maintenance) * Hardware maintenance * Windows operating systems * Basic cybersecurity **Education** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in: * Computer Systems * Information Technologies * Computer Science or related field Salary: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
