Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Maintenance Coordinator to manage our vehicle fleet, schedule maintenance services, and handle repairs, with a focus on damage control and prevention of improper practices. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in managing gasoline and diesel vehicle fleets, multi-brand vehicles 2. Scheduling of preventive maintenance services and management of corrective repairs 3. Handling operator reports and vehicle damage reports We are a Logistics-focused company. We are looking for: Automotive Maintenance Coordinator With experience in fleet management (gasoline and diesel), multi-brand vehicles, minor and major preventive services, and minor and major corrective repairs. Responsibilities include scheduling preventive services using in-house mechanics or third-party service providers (TOT), dispatching vehicles for minor and major corrective repairs, and requesting roadside assistance. Reporting operator misconduct and damages caused to fleet vehicles. Preferred age: 25–40 years old; minimum education: Automotive Technician certification; minimum 4 years’ experience in fleet management; preference for candidates with established networks of multi-brand repair shops, parts suppliers, etc.; willingness and ability to travel.
