Reporting to the **Production Manager**, responsible for managing a production line, ensuring proper utilization of human resources, materials, machinery, and time for accurate execution of production plans. **A Day in the Life:** * Monitor daily production plan execution. * Manage and develop assigned personnel. * End-to-end process ownership. * Bottleneck analysis. * Hourly schedule adherence. * Work order closure. * Leadership and communication skills. * Effective analysis and resolution of operational issues. **Experience We’re Looking to Add to Our Team:** * Engineering degree or related experience. * Experience in low- and high-volume production. * Experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing. * Knowledge of metal quality standards. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Familiarity with production control systems (series, flows, traceability). * Personnel management experience. * Shift 1\. * English proficiency is a plus. * ERP knowledge (WD and KRONOS) would be a plus. * Proactivity and initiative for continuous improvement. * Industrial safety knowledge. **What You’ll Receive for Your Outstanding Work:** * Competitive salary. * Life and GMM insurance. * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo). * Meal vouchers. * Savings fund.
