Job Summary: Provide technical support and maintenance for computing equipment, as well as participate in business-impact projects, store openings, and bank openings. Key Highlights: 1. Provide technical support (on-site or remote) by addressing user requests and incidents across various business units; maintain computing equipment in optimal condition through preventive/corrective maintenance programs; and participate in business-impact projects, store and bank openings, and renovations. Responsibilities * Address (on-site or remotely) equipment incidents reported by users from various operational business units of the Group. * Install IT equipment for business-impact projects aimed at enhancing customer experience and productivity in customer-facing areas. * Verify proper operation of equipment across all assigned implementations and projects, adhering to scheduled timelines. * Install and maintain functional computing and technology equipment, complying with established corrective and preventive maintenance programs. * Install IT equipment during store and bank openings and renovations to strengthen company growth. * Inspect damaged or replaced equipment and repair damages and failures therein. * Maintain up-to-date physical inventories of computing and communication equipment for each center. * Install and maintain structured cabling in each store, distribution center, and office. Education * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field Other Knowledge * Device configuration and installation, equipment repair, links and networks. • Communication antennas, structured cabling, alarm connections, servers, Windows.
