For Jalisco: Independencia neighborhood near the stadium, Medrano, Paseos del Sol **Position Objective** Ensure proper store operation through efficient staff management, inventory control, and achievement of key performance indicators, guaranteeing high service standards and profitability. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in self-service or retail businesses. * Proficiency in handling and analyzing performance indicators. * Leadership skills and experience managing personnel (minimum 10 employees). * Experience in inventory control and cyclic counts. * Flexible availability for work schedule. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily store operations. * Manage and develop the operational team. * Monitor achievement of indicators and objectives. * Ensure inventory control and proper execution of cyclic counts. * Guarantee compliance with company policies, processes, and standards. **Locations: Jalisco, stadium, Medrano, Paseos del Sol** **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $15,000 plus a $6,000 bonus. * Bonus for achieving performance indicators. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Additional benefits: vacation days exceeding statutory requirements and Total Pass membership. * Short-term professional development opportunities.
