Full responsibility for the plant and generation of executive reports **Alambrados Mexicanos is seeking a Plant Manager in Zapopan, Jalisco** ----------------------------------------------------------------- A leading Mexican company in its sector, dedicated to the manufacturing of metal meshes and other steel products, located in the El Mante neighborhood, invites you to join its team for the position of: **PLANT MANAGER** **Required Profile:** 5 years of experience in supervisory or managerial positions in metallurgical, metal-mechanical, or plastic manufacturing plants. Industrial Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in coordination, supervision, production management, or related roles in manufacturing companies. Experience leading teams of 50\-80 people. Financial and operational planning capability; strong organizational skills and high-level leadership. Knowledge of manufacturing and quality methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Yellow, Green, Black Belt). Knowledge of NOM product certification management. CRM proficiency. Accustomed to working with KPIs and achieving targets. **Offer:** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Statutory benefits.
