A reputable private security company with over 20 years of industry experience is seeking your talent. **SHIFT SUPERVISOR** **Job Description:** \- Responsible for controlling and coordinating all activities performed by all personnel on the roster. \- Reports absences, coordinates shift rotations and meal schedules for security agents. \- Prepares shift handover reports, reports equipment malfunctions, and guards’ disciplinary issues. \- Ensures compliance with security procedures at each post. \- Reports full rosters and personnel shortages. \- Ensures perimeter patrols are conducted. \- Responds to incidents. \- Prepares security reports. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure adherence to guidelines, plans, and asset protection security programs established in the company’s security management system; serve as the primary role model for ethical conduct and commitment to corporate values. * Protect all individuals engaged in lawful activities benefiting the organization—both inside and outside company facilities when required—as well as all physical assets and confidential information related to company security. * Conduct initial follow-up on incident reports. * Review and prepare daily security reports and guards’ daily reports. * Implement security programs to ensure safe product delivery through supply chain management systems, C\-TPAT, and OEA. * Strong analytical skills in security matters and considerable discretion regarding highly sensitive and confidential issues. * Availability to work on non-standard days and hours as required. * Manage and resolve escalations related to the behavior of assigned security guards. **Position Requirements:** Completed high school education Minimum one year of experience in similar roles.
